  • How do i know my order was placed successfully?
    Once you placed the order on our website, you will receive the confirmation email on your registered email id with the summary of order.
  • I have placed the order. how can i track the status?
    You can track the order by logging into your account on Akkaara India website. Click on Order button to get the status of your order.
  • I placed an order but forgot to add a product. Can i add now?
    No. Unfortunately no amendments can be made on already placed order. But you can always place a new order for that one item.
  • Can i buy same products in multiple quantities ?
    Yes. As per our policy, you can buy a maximum three of the same product. In case you want to purchase more please send us an email at contact@akkaara.co.in along with the details of the product and quantity required.
  • I placed an order but it is not visible in my account?
    Sometimes it takes longer to update on site, please send us an email with Order id on contact@akkaara.co.in and we will resolve it for you
  • Are your prices subject to change?
    Yes. Change in government taxes, prices of material and other factors might compel us to change prices
  • Do i need to sign up with Akkaara India before i place my order?
    No. We do have an option of guest- checkout. Though signing up with Akkaara India is quick & easy and saves time on your next order. You can store your preferred addresses, track orders, save wishlist, store different payment methods. You also receive special promotion codes. But above all, you become part of our small artistic community that is full of craft, colour, and excitement
  • How do i register?
    You can register via email or social media
  • I am unable to log into my account?
    We are always there to help you. Please email us the issue along with the screenshot at contact@akkaara.co.in and we will look after it.
  • I forgot my password. What should i do?
    Don’t panic. Just click on forgot password button on the login page. Follow the prompt. An email will be sent to you on your registered email address, please follow the link to reset your password.
